PEPPA PIG & CHARLOTTE SY DIMBY BIRTHDAY PARTY
The loveable British pink piggy Peppa has taken the world by storm. Preschoolers in every continent are obsessed, including Emilia!
For her daughter’s second birthday party, her mum, Shannon organised the sweetest piggy party! She blended the fun character with a pink and bow theme. A fun and playful yet chic and refined celebration. She tells us how she managed to make the most of both worlds.

Can you tell us about the party inspiration?
Since Emilia loves Peppa Pig, it came as an evidence to incorporate it into the party. Yet, I wished to keep it subtle and maintain an elegant ambiance. It brought me so much joy to plan it all and to see her so happy on her special day.
How did you include Peppa into the party?
We had a white two-tier cake with a simple Peppa cutout in the center, surrounded by designs in different shades of pink by Bake Bar Miami. We kept with the pink theme by using Julia Amory tablecloths and Grace Rose Farm flowers.
Thanks to Princess Party Productions, we had a Peppa character coming to the party! That was the most wonderful part : seeing Emilia's reaction to meeting Peppa. They danced, opened they gifts together and to top it off, Peppa sang happy birthday with us.
Can you tell us about Emilia’s outfit?
Emilia wore a stunning Charlotte sy Dimby dress for her first birthday so I thought it would be special to do the same for her second birthday. The dress was a classic Peter Pan collar and puffed sleeves pink design with three smocked bows. I had my eye on it for quite some time, yet I did not seem to find it on the website. I reached out to inquire about the specific style, and there happened to be one available in her size. It was meant to be!
She wore L'amour shoes and The Beaufort Bonnet Company bows which complimented the dress beautifully.
How else did you incorporate the pink & bow theme into the party?
The invitation sent by Paperless Post also featured bows and the gift wrappings coordinated with the bows too!
The wrapping is from Rubystripe
A word for the end?
It was a truly magical day and we were all filled with so much joy to see our baby so happy. She is so easy to celebrate!
