HER ROYAL FIVENESS : MADISON'S RAINBOW BIRTHDAY PARTY

Keeping the tradition alive, we are thrilled to be once more part of Madison's birthday. Like last year, we have designed a special dress in collaboration with her talented and ever so stylish mother Brittany Anna Rose.

The previous party dress was all about pinks, bows and pearls. Her five year's one is pastel rainbow inspired.

THE DRESS

Having a keen and discerning eye for beauty, Brittany likes to draw inspiration from current fashion collections and couture details. This season her heart was set on a Zimmerman white top and skirt. She was also drawn to pastel rainbow flats from the Chanel Cruise Collection. Using these elements as a basis for Madison's dress creation seemed like the perfect way to bring to life her daughter's dream. Madison had indeed requested a mummy and me coordinated look.

Eternal pastel lover yet looking for a joyful theme, a soft rainbow palette was most fitting. The moodboard created with the talented Elizabeth from the Pop of Color Balloons instantly set the tone.

And of course we had to incorporate bows! Incorporating all these ideas gave birth to the most exquisite multicolored rainbow bow smocking design adorning the chest of the dress. Featuring yellow, pink, blue, lilac and seafoam green, the miniature bows form a most charming pattern. A chic and subtle rainbow interpretation entirely hand made by the expert hands of our team.

To create a light, dreamy, poetic, angel like feel, we decided on white organza with ruffle inserts and frilled collar.

The tulle underlayer added extra puffiness to the skirt ensuring an amazing twirl factor.

Last but not least the rainbow self covered buttons in the back were the ultimate chic finishing touch along with our signature bow sash of course.

And to make it all the more special, we created a matching American Doll outfit! The smaller the cuter!

ACCESSORIES

Like last year, the dress was paired with L’Amour shoes. The white Renata shoes were perfect to elevate the look for this special occasion.

Storybook Goods Birthday Party Hat has been a part of Madison's celebration forever! She always gets so excited when she sees her adorable “party hat!” It's a sweet keepsake.

Madison also wore a custom bow from Layette in Dallas that we ordered while on a girls Shopping trip back in October.

BIMBOM BUNNY

This year, an additional guest took part in the party : an exquisite handmade BimBom Bunny. Dressed in a white oufit and wearing a crown it matched perfectly with Madison.

THE BOW BALLOON BOUNCY CASTLE

Another of Brittany's signature when its comes to parties is bouncy castles. Since Madison turned five and adores bows, it had to feature 5 gigantic ribbons made of balloons! And not any kind but pastels ones to create a beautiful rainbow! And who better than Pop of Color to bring this vision to life.

The bounce castle was provided by Inflate Forty Eight.

It served as a beautiful decor and brought much joy to the children! Combining beauty and fun is definitely one of Brittany's talents as a party planner.

PRINCESS ENTERTAINMENT

The Enchanted Princess Party Company provided the most perfect Cinderella, Aurora and Belle to help lead activities, apply makeup and sing to the children. This extra touch was very well received, especially by all of the girls in attendance!

TEA PARTY CATERING

Madison's birthday celebrations always gravitate around a tea party. Benedict Catering provided appetizing tea sandwiches and pastries along with “apple juice” as the tea for the little princess guests. They also took care of the fabulous pink table rentals that are always a huge hit! Having the right staff especially when organising events with children is key.

TEA SET

Every year Brittany gifts her daughter a 5-piece China set (complete with a tea pot). This year, she added the Vista Alegre Ruban Blue Bow to her collection.

CAKES AND TREATS

The gluten free/dairy free cake was beautifully designed by Jewels Bakery and represented Madison’s Birthday gift this year, a Herend pink Crown from Scully and Scully that will serve as a memento for her Princess 5th Birthday party.

The party favors consisted of darling Her Royal Fiveness themed cookies done by the incredible Mikayla Bakes in Scottsdale, Arizona. The perfect sweet treat that the children started enjoying as they were walking out the door. They were such a hit!

LIGHT UP DECOR

Alpha Lit Phoenix provided the light up “FIVE” : a fun element to add glamour to the party and perfect setting for photos.

The incredibly talented Hannah Lorsch took photos and videos all throughout the party.

THE REST OF THE FAMILY'S OUTFITS

Brittany's family is always impeccably dressed from head to toe.

Brittany is wearing a white skirt and top from Zimmerman paired with a Silver Snow Swarovski Snowflake Knotted headband from Lele Sadoughi along with pastel Chanel ballet flats.

Her handsome sons are wearing Class Club Long Sleeve Window Pane Dress Jackets from Dillards.

A FEW WORDS FROM BRITTANY

Throwing memorable celebrations for my children is incredibly important to me, as my mother was incredible at doing the same for me as I was growing up. I am still very close with my mom to this day, and a mother/daughter relationship in my eyes is one that should be nourished and respected. As I plan and throw parties for my only daughter, I think about the importance of this relationship and how to incorporate her voice. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be a girl mom and I want to always remember this quote: “In the garden of relationships, the mother-daughter bond is the rarest and most exquisite flower.”
